This is a newer hotel when we stayed, July 2025, so a couple of kinks, but everyone was very quick to help sort the problems. Will at the front desk is great, very friendly and accommodating! The housekeeping staff worked really hard to keep common areas clean and our room was very clean as well. Truly recommend Tru hotel in Kearney, NE.

The 2 gentlemen at the front desk had great energy. Check-in was fast and easy and answered all my questions. They even had great recommendation on where to eat. You could tell they liked their jobs and wanted to be there. Which is getting harder and harder to find.

Beautiful newer facility. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were all friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean. Only gripe I would have would be the water pressure in the shower (or lack thereof). We were on the 4th floor and the water pressure for the shower was almost nonexistent. Aside from that, everything else was perfect

Room was clean and if you like sparse NY minimalist loft this place would be great. It was a little too sparce for my taste. Not even glasses in the room to get a glass of water to take medication. But when my father complained the next morning they did provide him with a bottle to take his morning medication. It seems geared for weekend travel teams. Lots of social area, games to play in the lobby and snacks to buy. But not much to entice you to hang in your room. Beds were comfortable, pillows not great, breakfast lousy. Once again breakfast seemed more geared to kids than adults. But if this is what you are looking for, it was clean and the staff was nice.
