Property is located uphill with great views. Charming but modern. Very clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Great staff...super helpful and friendly!

Chambre confortable. Petit dejeuner biem avec belle vue sur les montagnes. Par contre vue depuis les family rooms sont sans intérêt.

Although a boutique & a family-run property, the one outstanding feature of the property are all the staff. The owner Ana & her team (Keto in particular) are supremely friendly & gracious hosts. Special mention to Giorgi, the staff who single-handedly managed the breakfast. His warmth, eagerness to please and convivial attitude were well complemented with his efficiency. I’m glad I extended my stay here by a day and strongly recommend this property, which I’m sure would be the best in the whole of the Kazbegi region. The location provides spectacular views of the surrounding hills & of Mt. Kazbegi. The restaurant has a good selection of tasty dishes - feels as though they’re home made! All-in-all, the hotel made my first week in Georgia amongst the most memorable in recent times!

I would highly recommend it
I would highly recommend it. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was very clean and spacious, beautiful location and amazing food. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody. Thank you again Step inn for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Newly build hotel with small indoor pool and sauna (extra charge 50 GEL/h). Views from rooms to Kazbegi are breathtaking. Nice and helpful staff, good breakfast.
