1. About Footsteps in SPICA205
As the building is made of wood, footsteps from the upper floors can be heard. We kindly ask guests staying on the upper floors to walk more quietly than usual, especially during early mornings and late at night.
For guests who may have heavier footsteps or larger builds, we kindly recommend staying in SPICA101, 102, 103, 105, or 301 for greater comfort and to help minimize sound for others. As footsteps—especially those of children—can easily echo throughout the building, we kindly ask families with children to consider booking a room on the first floor.
2. Indoor Footwear
In accordance with Japanese customs, shoes must be removed indoors. During the winter months, the floors can get cold, so we recommend bringing indoor slippers or room shoes for your comfort.
3. Noise from Nearby Nursery School
There is a nursery school next door that operates from around 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You may hear children singing or crying, particularly in the morning.
4. Consideration for Residents
As there are residents living on the premises, please keep noise to a minimum in the hallways and shared passageways.

Please refrain from cooking deep-fried foods. Additionally, we do not provide seasonings such as oil, salt, or pepper, so please buy your own if needed.
