「The luxury suite was great and spacious, the bar man Fortis was the best staff ever and made us feel welcome. We were only disappointed when the lady at reception made us wait whilst she ate for 20 mins when we needed our keycard to get back in our room. That wasn't good. 「You can believe all the other reviews about this property - we would give it more than 5 stars if we could. Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024. The rooms were clean & full of little touches you’d expect in a 5 star property. They even left dishwasher tablets just in case you needed to use it. It was a little difficult to find the accommodation as google couldn't locate it properly. it is difficult to find a contact person on site, but they are always available online via chat and will help! 「The staff working there were so lovely and friendly, and really helpful. The apartment was great- clean, bright and spacious. Two great pools. Only a ten minute taxi to the old town. The main road near the hotel is sort of chaotic as a pedestrian but definitely avoidable during your stay. Would hugely recommend this lovely stay! 」
