"We stayed here for Iowa State’s Homecoming weekend and it was perfect for our group of 8 adults! The house was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and there were multiple TVs so everyone could watch different games at once. The backyard was a huge plus — we played beer pong and tossed a football around, which made for a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Great water pressure in all the showers, and overall the house was very well maintained. Definitely recommend for families or groups looking for a comfortable and entertaining stay in Ames!"

"Plenty of parking on a well lighted lot. Room was good. Pool was closed for maintenance. No complimentary breakfast but did have coffee and juice. Staff was excellent. Room and hallways were clean. I would definately stay there again."
