Service: Some employees were more helpful than others. Multi-cultural staff makes it interesting in some cases, so make sure the front desk staff understands all your special needs. It's more of Brunch than breakfast, but the food was always good regardless Room: Clean, .not too crowded, local TV stations with video on demand choices. There was a miscommunication about the room cleaning schedule, but it was fixed(See Service) Location: 10 min walk to Canal City, 5min walk to TianjinMinami subway exit 6, ~25min walk to Hakata JR station. 2min walk to bus stop. Almost quite literally in the middle all everything. Summary: A good starting off point for exploring the city. The room is sufficient for sleeping, but better options are out there if you enjoy lounging in your hotel room. The Staff is helpful and the food is good.

Excellent service.

The Hotel is great, the Staff were very helpful. The location is not as convenient as the Hakata or Tenjin area, but it is good overall unless you need to take three suitcases to the airport via metro. We ended up catching a taxi.
