The staff was awesome! Very friendly, found my reservation promptly, and helped us with the baggage. Check-in was a breeze!!

Cleanliness was an issue for me. The Hotel wasn't clean therefore I felt unclean. Dust on the wall attached hair dryer and a lot of other surfaces. No bathmat, no washcloths, scratchy towels. Bed linens were the bear minimum, one crummy pillow, and just sheets, no blanket option. One member on staff running around trying to do everything, front desk, paperwork, checking if rooms are ready, answering to customers, leaving the front dest un attended when customers need to get help and out the door. All I want to say is I will not be back to stay there.

BEAWARE NOT WATER FRONT

The hotel was at a great location; not far from the attractions, but also in a quiet neighborhood. It’s was quaint and clean, too, and the staff was very helpful. I would have given it 5 stars, but our first night there the AC didn’t work so we had to tell the reception desk, and it was fixed by the following night. They even offered to put us in a different room, but we declined. The toilet water was also always running all the time which was annoying at night; we just closed the bathroom door and it was fine. I would stay here again though— those were not deal-breakers.

Clean large room with a sea view large comfy bed and towels changed daily. Lovely breakfast eggs cooked to order but no granola. Lunch menu good food delicious. Picture of balcony on Expedia misleading and larger than small balcony that you get with a superior room grade. Large pool plenty of sun beds
