「Pool needs some maintenance, the kettle needs to be replaced with a coffee machine. Water should be supplied everyday」

「We stayed at The Bay Hotel & Suites with two young children and unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. We booked a Senior Suite with Garden View based on the description and photographs advertised, but the initial room was materially different and raised genuine safety concerns. The advertised bathtub did not exist, the shower area was extremely slippery and our son slipped twice on the first day. The balcony opened directly onto a busy parking area with virtually no barrier...

「Great location, close to town but away from the busyness. Very nice breakfast included with the stay. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the ferry.」

「A beautifully presented and maintained property. Staff were all delightful and helpful, and restaurant, bar, and beach facilities were all excellent. I loved a full kettle in the room, and the complimentary bottle of wine. My only complaints are that the bed was a bit hard, and the spot allowed for bath towels to hang did not facilitate them actually drying.」
