Luxury Villa A 56, elegantly located in the picturesque town of Kaštel Lukšić, is a perfect oasis of peace and comfort, just 15 km distance from historic cities of Split and Trogir. Fully air-conditioned (with a total of 15 A/C units), it comfortably hosts up to 14 guests, with 10 as the optimal number – making it an excellent choice for larger families or friends seeking a luxurious getaway.

Upon arrival, you enter from the lower ground floor to a mezzanine level where two modern, air-conditioned bedrooms await, each equipped with its own Smart TV. One bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a sea view, with a private bathroom with shower located just outside the room.

The living room exudes both style and comfort – equipped with a large sofa bed for one person (140x400 cm) and a Smart TV. Adjacent is the fully equipped modern kitchen, fitted with high-end Miele appliances and a Philips bean-to-cup coffee machine. The elegant dining area features a table for 10, ideal for shared meals.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a private wellness zone – an indoor heated pool of 20 m2 with hydromassage features and waterfall, providing year-round relaxation. The SPA area includes two loungers, a Smart TV, corner seating, floor cushions for up to 9 people, a sink, coffee machine, sauna, separate hammam room, as well as an additional WC and shower.

In a separate room, there is a state-of-the-art TechnoGym fitness room equipped with modern workout equipment, along with a laundry room featuring a Miele washer and dryer. For entertainment, there is a game room with TV, table football, ping pong, and darts.
Internet is provided via Starlink with high-speed connectivity (from 130 Mb/s download), and Samsung and JBL surround sound systems ensure an immersive audio experience.

From the wellness area, you step onto a spacious outdoor terrace featuring an impressive heated hydro-massage pool measuring 14 x 7 meters, with a total area of 98 m2 and a built-in salt electrolysis system. The pool is surrounded by 12 comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower, 2 hanging “egg” chairs, 2 additional canvas chairs, a garden seating set for 7, and a large dining table for 12 people. Of the total pool area, 15 m2 is a shallow section with a depth of 110 cm – ideal for children – while the pool depth increases to 160 cm.

Upstairs, you’ll find three luxuriously decorated air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed (200x200 cm), en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, stunning sea views, and two sofa beds for an additional two guests. It opens onto a private terrace with a jacuzzi, two loungers, a corner set for three, and a small table – an ideal spot to enjoy sunsets.

The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm) which can be combined into one double (180x200 cm), as well as an additional pull-out bed (90x200 cm) for one person. It also has access to a terrace with two chairs and a table. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). These two bedrooms share a bathroom located outside the rooms. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request, making the villa a great choice for families with young children.

The spacious yard includes private parking for 4 vehicles and a fully air-conditioned, enclosed outdoor kitchen (60 m2) with glass walls that can be opened as needed. It is equipped with a modern Bosch kitchen, grill, sink, dining table and chairs for 10, Smart TV, and wine cooler. A separate outdoor toilet equipped with Hansgrohe fixtures is located nearby.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the villa, you’ll find beautiful pebble beaches with a boat dock, children's aqua park, beach bars, restaurant, and plenty of other options for enjoying the sea and sun. Boat arrival is possible with prior notice to confirm mooring availability.

The security deposit is 1,000 euro. Groups under the age of 25 are on request, and if approved by the agency, the deposit is 2,000 euro.
