Welcome to this this beautiful and comfortable 80 m2 apartment at an exclusive location in Kastel Stari.

This newly renovated apartment in the traditional stone house is located first row to the sea.

It has an exclusive access to two big terraces with the spectacular sea view, 100 m2 each.

It's also just 3 min walking to the beautiful beach.

For your convenience, we also provide two free private parking spots.

**** About the apartment:

You'll love to stay in this modern and comfortable two-bedroom apartment with the beautiful sea view.

It's located on the first floor in a renovated dalmatian traditional stone house at the seafront.

Apartment is 80 m2 size, has two bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen and dining area, one bathroom and two terraces, each 100 m2 with the sea view.

Please note terraces are not suitable for kids.

You'll have a great temperature control as it has two air-condition units - one in the living room and second one in the master bedroom.

Everything Kastel Stari has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment - restaurants, caffe bars, beach…

Round pebble beach is just 3 min walking from the apartment.

Living room has large Smart LCD TV with cable channels, cozy large sofa and air-condition unit.

Master bedroom has one comfortable double bed and a LED TV.

Second bedroom has two cozy single beds and also a LED TV.

Kitchen is equipped with two stoves, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

We provide two free parking spots in the yard of the house.

You also get Wi-Fi high-speed internet, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.

Baby cot and baby high chair can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

Kastel Stari is the oldest of seven small towns that belong to the city of Kastela. It is situated on the attractive coast between Trogir and Split. The beaches of Kastela Riviera are made of six km long bays and bathing places, covered by deep shade of pines and tamaris.

We recommend Kastel Stari for a family vacation, and the vicinity of Split, the tourist metropolis of Central Dalmatia, and Trogir, medieval pearl guarantee all kinds of fun and numerous historical and interesting places where you can go during the day or in the evening.

Bus station is just 300m away.

Split Airport is 5 km from the apartment.

Split airport is just 5 km from the apartment. If you’re coming by plane you can take taxi or bus line no.38. from street across the airport to town Kastel Stari.

Bus station is 300m away from the apartment.

Very close to excellent, on the water restaurants, and the Split airport.

Stayed to catch an early morning international flight. The hosts were hospitable, easy to work with and fast to respond to texts. Just around the corner, we had a wonderful dinner at Konoba Kastilac with a perfect sunset and pleasant stroll afterward to complete our vacation in beautiful Croatia.
