The property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups seeking a refined and well-appointed retreat.
On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room extends over 38 m2 and opens directly onto a generous 40 m2 terrace, offering lovely views of the surrounding countryside. This floor also includes 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a shower room with WC. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level features an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A second terrace of 18 m2 is also accessible from the property.
On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each benefits from its own private shower room with WC. One of these upper-floor bedrooms also provides direct access to a terrace, further enhancing the sense of space and connection with the outdoor surroundings.
