Perfect from start to finish.

Great stay. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, with a nice view of the castle. We enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities, using the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was excellent, with large choice of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Also a good selection of cereals, breads and pastries. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel restaurant which we regret, as we seen the menu when leaving breakfast. Menu was varied and looked reasonably priced. When driving into town the hotel was very easy to find. It has a small car park out front, plus an underground car park.

The place is great! It’s clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that there’s no bar at the hotel or they don’t sell any alcoholic beverages. So, if you’re visiting from another country, be aware of this.

2 elevators for the whole hotel are not enough. Especially around the rush hours. Modern hotel next to a modern mall, overall good experience. They want you to have a swim cap to use pool, bring your own. Pool is a lot smaller than what it looks like in pictures.

A PLEASANT SURPRISE

After my previous night’s unsatisfactory accomodation, I breathed a sigh of relief when I walked into my room. Park Dedeman is a very comfortable hotel. It has everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Comfortable, clean, great location, and the shower was amazing. It was a pity that we only stayed for one night, and I would definitely stay here again.

Kastamonu’nun Zirvesinde Unutulmaz Bir Konaklama ​Kastamonu’ya yaptığım ilk ziyarette beni karşılayan sadece şehrin köklü tarihi değil, tüm bu güzelliği ayaklar altına seren muazzam bir konaklama deneyimi oldu. ​Otele adım attığımız ilk andan itibaren gösterilen güler yüzlü karşılama ve düzenli otopark imkânı, yol yorgunluğumuzu daha ilk dakikalarda üzerimizden aldı. Ancak asıl büyüleyici an, odamıza geçip pencereden dışarı baktığımız an yaşandı. Otelin konumu ve yüksekliği sayesinde, heybetli Kastamonu Kalesi ve şehrin tarihi dokusu adeta bir tablo gibi panoramik bir açıyla karşımızda uzanıyordu. Günün her saatinde değişen bu manzara, konaklamayı sıradan bir tatilin ötesine taşıyıp görsel bir şölene dönüştürdü. ​Sabahın ilk ışıklarıyla birlikte bizi karşılayan zengin kahvaltı büfesi ise hizmet kalitesinin ne kadar titizlikle düşünüldüğünün en güzel kanıtıydı. Taptaze yerel lezzetlerden eksiksiz sunumlara kadar her detay özenle hazırlanmıştı. ​Gerek sunduğu eşsiz şehir ve kale manzarası, gerekse eksiksiz hizmet anlayışı ve misafirperverliğiyle bu otel, Kastamonu gezimin en unutulmaz hafıza noktalarından biri olarak belleğimde yerini aldı.
