"This was a charming studio that was well equipped and had a very firm but surprisingly comfortable bed. The tram runs right past the apartment but didn't keep us awake. It's an easy walk to restaurants and shopping and old town. Highly recommend it and Ivana is lovely and easy to work with as a host. "

"A tip: specify intructions on how to find this apartment. Tell the customer on the moment they book, they need to reach out to the hostel 1st for check in, which is same owner and are in the same building on the 3rd floor. That's who I buzzed to let me in.
