Kart One Arena

We had a great experience at the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable about the local area and very helpful. Room facilities were really good. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch. Our only criticism is the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food is lovely, but it is very expensive compared to other local places and the breakfast was expensive for the continental offering provided and didn’t offer value for money in our opinion. For future travellers, I recommend trying the local beerhouses/restaurants for food and there are some lovely cafes a short walk from the hotel that do nice breakfasts for a fraction of the price.

Only negative was the bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a glass sliding door, and no privacy lock.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and a spacious, clean room. The room was comfortable, although a little dated and showing some wear and tear. The staff were pleasant, but not quite as helpful or attentive as at some other hotels. Overall, a good stay in Vienna.
