"The decor in the suite is lovely. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional.
We stayed in the family suite and the second room did not have a door. The tea/coffee station in the suite is very limited. The breakfast offering is great, unfortunately the breakfast room is too narrow."

"The room was tiny. There was no place to put your luggage except on the bed with you. On the floor you could barely walk between the wall and the bed to the bathroom. The towels were old and smelled bad as soon as they were wet. There was no shower gel/shampoo in the shower. We had a room with the kitchenette which had an electric kettle which worked, and the stove worked. Plates, utencils for two."

Leider wurde meine Buchung im Portal für 4 Pax mit Frühstück schon fehlerhaft umsetzt. Laut Portal 4 Pax ÜN und 1 Frühstück. Im zusätzlich aus zu füllenden Mietvertrag war gar kein Frühstück mehr inbegriffen und hätte zusätzlich (á 10 €) gebucht werden müssen. Meine schriftliche Bitte, dies zu klären, ist noch immer unbeantwortet. Morgens hätte die Rezeption von 7 - 12 Uhr besetzt sein sollen, ca. 8.30 Uhr herrschte völlige Dunkelheit - niemand an der Rezeption oder...
