Friendly accommodations

The food was good and the room was really clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was the room got really warm, but you could request a fan if you wanted one, which was nice.

Karlstad is a jewel. Beautiful small city. Walkable and the scenery around the city is spectacular. Breakfast was excellent. Pub and restaurant outstanding. Room smartly designed. Very professional and efficient staff. Will return!

Checking in was fast and easy—staff torally prepared. It’s at the heart of an old Swedish town so parking was a couple blocks away at the public library pay lot. Inexpensive, easy and there was plenty of short term parking in front of the hotel for check in. Our stay was short.

The hotel was at a nice location, parking was easy to access with a 250 sek fee. We had a dog friendly room and was welcomed with dog treats and bowls which was super nice! We also got to bring our dog along to the outdoor seating for breakfast. One thing I wish could've been better is the condition of the room. The bathroom didn't have windows which was a bit dark, the walls and doors were also a bit worn down. The bathtub definitely needed some repair on the corner. Overall it was still a good experience.

Trevlig och hjÀlpsam personal. Rummet mysigt och rent men badrummet slitet. Plus med balkong mot gatan och delvis utsikt över Àlven. Fin frukostbuffé. Hade dessvÀrre otur med fulla, gapande och skrikande rumsgrannar som störde nattsömnen vid flera tillfÀllen första natten. Andra natten hade klubben pÄ andra sidan gatan fruktansvÀrt hög musik igÄng fram till 01:10. BasgÄngen var sÄ stark att sÀngen vibrerade. Trots dÄlig sömn kÀndes vistelsen ÀndÄ ganska lyckad.
