The apartment features a comfortable sofa-bed, a separate kitchen with electric stovetops, a modern bathroom with shower, a washing machine, and a cozy sitting corner. The apartment was fully renovated in August 2025, giving it a fresh and contemporary feel throughout.



Generously proportioned, this top-floor studio is located on the second floor of a two-story house (please note there is no lift), offering a peaceful, stylish base to explore Karlsruhe. Whether visiting for business, study, or leisure, the apartment provides all the essentials for a relaxing stay.



Situated on Rheinstraße in the charming Mühlburg district, the area blends historic character with modern city conveniences. Local shops, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are just steps away. Excellent public transport connections via nearby tram stops make the city center, Karlsruhe Palace, and KIT campus easily accessible. Green spaces and the Rhine river are also within reach, perfect for walks, jogging, or cycling.
