Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Hotel mit absolut fairem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Der Parkplatz ist leider etwas weiter entfernt (ca. 5 Minuten Gehweg bergauf) und deutlich höher gelegen als das Hotel. Zudem war der Parkplatz nicht geräumt. Wir waren bei Schnee und Glätte vor Ort. Da der Parkplatz leichte Hanglage hat, war es etwas herausfordernd. Für 8 € pro Tag könnte mehr geboten werden. Das Personal war größtenteils freundlich, die Zimmer modern und sauber. Die Lage ist ideal, wenige Gehminuten bis zum Stadtzentrum. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und die Qualität in Ordnung. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr fair. (Die Parksituation mal ausgeschlossen)

Alles war super! Obwohl das Hotel mitten in der Stadt ist, war es trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und lecker! Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Es war ein wunderschönes Hotelzimmer. Das Frühstück könnte besser sein, die Brötchen haben gefehlt. Nur Toast und Brot war uns zu wenig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch sonst empfehlenswert.

In general hotel is quite nice and in a very good location and walkable distance to all hot springs and other sites of the Carlsbad. Hotel condition is average, some refreshments on common spaces would be nice to see. We booked Deluxe Twin room. Unfortunately such a small bathroom we haven't seen still in lower star rating hotels. As well hand soap was missing and sink was not in good visual condition (visible quite large scratches). As well some shelves in the room haven't been cleaned for some time (visible dust). Bed was comfortable and room decoration quite interesting and make some kind of home atmosphere. Breakfast is good, just space in breakfast room is limited and sometimes you need to wait a bit to get a table. We have used SPA, but at the moment there are just 2 out of 4 saunas in operation. Average size pool is available. To sum-up, for this price we would expect better service and conditions. But probably this is because just because of the location...

Die Bilder im Internet sehen sehr schön aus, in der Realität ist das Hotel deutlich abgenutzter. Mit dem Personal gab es, abgesehen von der Rezeption, eine Sprachbarriere, da ich nicht russisch spreche. Der Pool war so kalt, dass wir keine 5 Minuten ausgehalten haben, der warme Whirlpool enthielt gelbes Wasser, hoffentlich ein Badezusatz. Das Abendessen vom Buffet war seine 15€ nicht wert, zudem alles eher lauwarm, fetttriefend und keine wirklich gesunden Optionen. Getränke inklusive Wasser mussten extra bezahlt werden. Das Frühstück war dann auch eher naja, das berühmte Haar im Rührei. Das Zimmer war eigentlich ganz schön, wir hatten eine Juniorsuite gebucht. Auf den Bildern wäre ein schönes Bad gewesen, die Realität entsprach einem Studentenwohnheim. Außerdem war der Teppich sehr fleckig und die Schlüsselkarten haben alle 3 in der Früh plötzlich nicht funktioniert. Zum Schluss noch das Parken, 500m über dem Hotel steil bergauf. Der beworbene kostenlose Parkservice existierte nicht, 6€ hat die Unannehmlichkeit dann noch gekostet. Die Lage zur Innenstadt war sehr gut, trotzdem sicherlich keine Empfehlung.

Die Lage zum Zentrum Ist perfekt. Leider liegt der Parkplatz nicht direkt am Hotel u kostet 6 Euro. Zimmeraustattung auch schon paar Tage hinter sich. Sehr gutes Fruehstueck. Indoorpool etc.

Отдыхали пару дней с супругой и сыном. В целом Отель очень хороший, хоть и не Новый. Мы брали улучшенный номер - отличная отделка, хорошая Мебель, все очень чисто. Сауна и спа тоже . Завтрак нормальный, но не разнообразный. Что не понравилось: - парковка находится метрах в 200 выше отеля, но нужно идти в 45 градусную горку все 200 метров - при заезде никто не мог помочь нам с чемоданами, а с учётом гористой местности и проблем с паркингом рядом с отелем - это непростая задачка - ну и последний минус, который мы заметили, записываться на медицинские процедуры нужно сильно заранее. И не по причине сильной занятости специалистов, а по причине их отсутствия. Специалистов приглашали из других мест

Das Frühstück ist nur durchschnittlich. Das Badezimmer ist zu klein. Die Bewertung mit 4 Sternen ist nicht korrekt. Die Nähe der Stadt ist ok. In wenigen Minuten hat man die Promenade erreicht.

Seehr zufrieden,sauber,essen sehr gut,Zimmer und beten sehr gut Welnes, sehr freundlich gute Lage ca 150 m zu Promenade. Einzige Nachteil ist Parkplatz, ca 500 m entfernt, mit Schranke gesichert gebühr 160,0Ck aber die Straße Kapute Kopfsteinpflaster, Steigung ca25-30 grad. Einzige Nachteil. Gerne wider.

Komfortables Hotel

Gutes und sauberes Hotel. Empfang war leider nicht sehr freundlich. Chefin oder Schichtleitung war an der Rezeption äußerst unfreundlich zu uns, nachdem eine freundliche Rezeptionistin etwas nachfragen musste. Das hat das Bild des Hotels sehr getrübt! Zimmer in Ordnung, Frühstück reichhaltig und gute Auswahl, Spa Bereich wirklich schön gestaltet. Schade ist nur, dass dieser nur bis 20 Uhr zugänglich ist. Parkplatz sehr unkomfortabel, ca 300-500 Meter eine sehr schlecht gepflasterte Straße den Berg hinauf. Dort kann man hinter einer Schranke parken. Um Karlsbad zu erkunden sehr gut gelegen. Zu Fuß alles erreichbar wenn man etwas fit ist. Leider kein Safe im Zimmer. Dazu muss man an die Rezeption.

Totalnou katastrofou bol matrac na posteli ktory ma uz tie najlepsie casy za sebou a doprial by som dalsim hostom aby im ho vymenili.postel nebola manzelska ale boli to dve lozka dokopy.takze hotova katastrofa. Ranajky boli dobre ale ani jeden krat nic nebolo doplnene. V hoteli je plus bazen a sauna ale ak chce ist niekto na masaz tak nech si ju objedna uz pri rezervacii. Parkovisko je 150m od hotela

Nice hotel, great location

This was a pleasant hotel and I'm glad we stayed here. While the building and the rooms were not the most glamorous, they were comfortable. The hotel's location to the main streets of Karlovy Vary was the best part. It's easy walking distance to the river, shops and restaurants. The hotel also faces the Church of Mary Magdalene, one of the more beautiful places in town. There's also a terrace that can be accessed from the 3rd floor that provides a beautiful view of the town.

Not what we were looking for

We arrived in this town the back way after our GPS told us to turn right after the turnoff for the town, so we came to this hotel by a VERY circuitous route, which may have involved running over some laundry. No one offered to help with our bags, the room had no room for us and our bags. The bathroom was the nicest part of the room, large with a lovely view of the church next door. The bell did not ring too late, so that wasn't a problem. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows small. Breakfast was generally good. When we checked out we were asked to pay for our prepaid room again, and after just a moment of argument they dropped the request. The town itself is pretty, but EXTREMELY expensive. Dinner and lunch cost a lot, and if you don't take a treatment there is not much to do but shop at the very high-priced jewelry stores.
