Beautiful historic hotel and in a very central location. The location of this hotel is amazing, just walk out the door and there are lots of things in walking distance. Parking is a pain, though it seems for any of these super centralized hotels parking would be a pain for all of them. The room was large which was wonderful for our family of 4.

По-прежнему все прекрасно, но теперь отель объединили с соседним отелем Ester, рецепшн и завтраки в этом отеле, а не в Heluan. В остальном всё как и раньше. В номере есть телевизор, минибар, чайник и чайный набор, шампунь и гель для душа. Нет кондиционера. Персонал доброжелательный и помогают во всем. В соседние Замковы лазни предоставляют скидку 15 процентов на процедуры.

Beautiful Hotel

If you are looking for a modern high tech hotel then this is not for you. If you are looking for a beautiful well maintained historic building in the heart of a beautiful town then this is your place. The hotel and the room were both clean with an amazing view from the window and the breakfast was fantastic. Hassle free WIFI, friendly staff. Only issues I had were minor, the bed was two matresses pushed together and became a bit of a pain and when coming back late we had to wait around for someone to be at the desk to get our room key but other than that, great hotel, and would stay again and again...

我們到達這裡時無法CHECK IN，因為他用隔壁飯店的櫃檯，必須到隔壁去，但沒讓我們先知道，我們在門口等了好久，後來打國際電話，才知道。 我們在門口等待期間. 我老公開著車子繞了5圈....他很生氣. 後來去停飯店指示的公共停車場，很遠很難找。 飯店裡有個電梯，上面有貼紙畫3個人並打X，我們以為那是貨物專用，人使用有危險，沒有用到電梯，因為每天很累還要爬樓梯，我很不開心，直到CHECK OUT我才知道. 那張貼紙的意思是不要3人搭乘. 2人是可以的....好想哭...... 優點: 房間不錯傢具漂亮. 在CHECK IN的地方吃早餐，早餐好吃。

Zentrumsnaher, verblichenen Charme

Das Hotel liegt in Zentrumsnähe, gegenüber eines Thermalbades. Ist per PKW zu erreichen - nicht von Verbotsschildern irritieren lassen. Zum Parkplatz 10 min zu Fuß. Die Registrierung erfolgt im Hotel nebenan. Frühstück gibt es im Hotel, ist reichlich U dem Preis angemessen. Die Zimmer sind riesig, mit Doppel- U Einzelbett. Von einigen Zimmern kann man auf die Stadt schauen. Mobiliar sauber, wenn auch schon abgenutzt. Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe, im Hotel nichts. Im Herbst ist die Luft im Ort nicht so schlimm, wie in anderen Städten ringsumher. Freundlicher E-Mail Kontakt, der die aufgetretenen Buchungsprobleme lösen half. Kontakt in Englisch.

버스 터미널에서 1.5km 떨어져 있으나 관광지 한가운데 있어 위치가 좋다. 주말이라 비싸게 숙박했지만 가성비 좋은 호텔이다. 다시 묶고 싶은 호텔.

Got a big room with view of Heluan. Building old with charm. The mattresses in beds is time to change for new more comfy ones. Staff friendly, breakfast ok. For water boiler in room was missing coffe, there were only tea.

Nicht zu empfehlendes Hotel

Das einzig Gute an dem Hotel ist seine Lage. Ansonsten ist es alt und schmuddelig. Bei der Ankunft findet man keine Rezeption, dann stellt man anhand eines Zettels, welcher an der Tür aufgeklebt ist, fest, dass die Rezeption im Nachbarhaus ist. Das Haus sieht eher wie ein Mietshaus als wie ein Hotel aus. Die Nebentür war eine Massageinstitut wobei die Kunden dann vor unserer Tür saßen. Beim Betreten wurden wir durch einen dunklen, schmuddeligen Teppich empfangen. Die ganze Einrichtung war zwar nicht (sichtbar) schmutzig, wir vermieden aber damit in Kontakt zu kommen (alles mindestens 50 Jahre alt) Ich hatte nach dem Aufenthalt das Gefühl, dass mich der ganze Körper juckt. Im Bad befand sich ein Loch in der Wand, welches vermutlich von der Lüftung stammte...??

The hotel staff is super nice and very helpful. They do their best to accommodate. The facility itself is somewhat outdated but very clean and has good energy and is comfortable.

까를로비바리 중심의 좋은 호텔

아주 오래된 엘레베이터와 건물이라서 최신식 서비스를 원하는 여행객들은 다소 실망할 수 있겠으나 고풍스러운 디자인의 넓은 방이 인상적이었음. 까를로비바리 중심에 있고 가격도 합리적인 편이라서 추천할만함. 어린이 포함 가족들과 기차역에서 호텔까지 택시를 타고 왔는데 택시기사가 말도 안되는 요금을 청구하여 까를로비바리 자체에 매우 실망하였으나 호텔 지배인이 직접 나와서 문제를 해결해 주었음. 헬루안 호텔의 리셉션은 바로 옆 에스테르 호텔에 있으므로 체크인시 옆건물로 가야 함.
