The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water. "This place is so so. The pictures on the web gives an impression of a nicer place than in reality. The breakfast was mediocre. The overall service was low They only cleaned half of our room. Local kids used the outside lounge as a biking park"

"Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal da. Aber es war schon besser. Grundsätzlich ist es immer noch ein super Hotel. Daher schreibe ich nur was diesmal nicht so gut lief. Das Frühstück am Sonntag ist großartig. An den anderen Tagen fehlt aber einiges. Saunatücher sollten am Spabereich verteilt werden. Wir haben für Vier leider nur ein Handtuch bekommen. Aber was leider auch nicht geht, ist das die beiden Ladeplätze für Elektroautos ständig von nicht ladenden Pkws zugeparkt...

"Newly built hotel with a few things to sort out to become great. Room was big and nice, bed comfortable, but balconies were lacking furniture so we couldn't really use them. When I asked about it in the reception, they said they didn't have enough balcony furniture for all rooms. Great breakfast.
