Lodge is in a beautiful setting with lots of hikes, nature and wildlife. Food is simple and homely, we loved eating together with the other guests and the host. "We had a nice night at Khan River Lodge. The bed and cottage were comfy and the staff was very kind. It is a two hour ride from Windhoek to the town and a forty five minute ride down a terrible dirt road to get to the hotel. Also we had no WiFi until a guest of the hotel reset the router, and then again it was only by the office that we were able to receive it."

"No doubt, for our family, this was the best hotel of our vacation in Namibia (and we stayed in some excellent ones). Everything was perfect across the board: beautifully designed and spacious rooms, spotless cleanliness, a fantastic location with plenty of activities in the stunning surroundings, and a remarkable dinner experience with elegant table service, white linens, fine wine, and delicious food.
