SPA was very nice. The rooms were clean, but the hair dryer didn't work and couldn't be replaced. After visiting the spa, there were complications with drying my hair. I was given a very low-quality hair dryer that burned my hair.

The receptionists were always friendly, the rest of the staff not so much. The rooms were definitely not soundproofed and in need of an overhaul. This is a wonderful inn with a fantastic breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place is beautiful— and right across the street from the castle. Excellent restaurant associated with the hotel too, just down the street.
