If you're seeking a quiet retreat away from the noise and crowds of the town, to recharge your batteries, you've found the right place. Villa Archon is nestled in a small, safe, traditional settlement, just 12 km from Paleochora, which boasts 18 km of diverse beaches to suit every taste.

Villa Archon is an impressively designed building comprising two independent living units that can also function as a single residence. Built on a sloping terrain, it features two ground-floor apartments, each with its own main entrance, connected by an internal staircase. An internal door, which can be locked, separates the two sections of the house
It is ideally designed to accommodate one or two families or a small group, offering the perfect balance of privacy and comfort.

Villa Archon, situated at an altitude of 550 meters, offers a pleasant coolness during the endless summer sun and captures magnificent mountain views extending to the Libyan Sea.
Due to its location, Archon can serve as a perfect base for exploring the wild beauties and untouched beaches of the southwest, or as a tranquil country retreat where you can unwind in the discreet luxury of the house.

To reduce costs for reservations of up to four people, we offer only the main apartment on the upper level of the villa, which is 150 sqm and more than sufficient. In this option, all exterior courtyards, gardens, and furniture of both levels will be at your disposal; however, you will not have access to the interior of the lower-level apartment. We assure you that, respecting your privacy, the lower apartment will remain closed and will not be rented to anyone else during your stay.

The main upper-level apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of four, with the option for additional beds if needed.

It features a spacious 50 sqm living and dining room with a traditional attic that can be used as an office or an extra bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen area is separated and situated at a slightly lower level.

In the same part of the villa, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms and two well-designed private bathrooms.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size stone-built bed and a balcony with an amazing view, while the second bedroom has two comfortable traditional iron beds and a French door leading directly to a peaceful yard. A baby cot can easily be placed in the master bedroom free of charge upon request.

The huge veranda beside the living room is furnished and offers an unhindered view, perfect for a romantic dinner or lunch.

For reservations for more than 4-5 people, we additionally provide the apartment on the lower level of the villa.

The lower-level apartment also features a well-equipped kitchen with a cozy living room.

The master bedroom contains a king-size bed.

The second bedroom is air-conditioned and has two comfortable industrial-style iron beds and a French door leading directly to a peaceful, furnished yard.

The bathroom is decorated in a charming country style and includes a shower.

In our fenced courtyards, verandas, and balconies, your kids will have the chance to run, climb, or jump while the adults can be rewarded by the unique aroma of Cretan nature, as the local herbs and flowers awaken all your senses.

With patios on all four sides, you can seek sun or shade. The almost constant fresh breeze provides relief from the endless summer sun.

For our little friends, we can provide safety doors and nets where necessary, a baby cot, a high chair, and even a pram, all free of charge but on request. Of course, we also offer a lot of toys for all ages so that the grown-ups can be more relaxed and carefree.

A welcome pack is provided at no charge upon arrival, including tea, coffee, sugar, toast bread, butter, marmalade, eggs, milk, juices, fruits, mineral water, and of course, olive oil.

Archon Villa is situated 12 km away from some of the best coastlines of Crete, in Paleochora village, which is also called "The Libyan Bride" due to its natural beauties. An 18 km long coastline is there to explore.
