The unit is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable extended stay, including a queen bedroom and a private back porch—perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or unwinding in the evening. Please note, the unit is only accessible by stairs.
Guests also have access to shared outdoor amenities, including a fire pit, picnic table, and hammock. A washer and dryer are located in the shared basement and available to all three units. One off-street parking space is provided behind the home, with plenty of free street parking available in front.

The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
