Marr Manor - Studio B&B downtown

This studio for 2 bed & breakfast has everything you need from a private entrance, private bath, kitchenette, wifi and TV with access to Netflix. We are located one block from Weston Bluffs Trail into the state park & two blocks from downtown Weston where you can enjoy easy access to shops, restaurants, & wineries from this charming place to stay. An in-room style breakfast with locally sourced food & beverages is provided.
You will be staying in the room Marr Manor at EMA Farm. This studio for 2 guest room gives you the privacy and seclusion of a typical AirBnB while providing you an in-room breakfast like a traditional bed & breakfast. It has a king size bed with a little kitchenette that includes a fridge, sink, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. There is a loveseat and TV for your relaxation along with access to Wi-Fi and Netflix. There is a shared vestibule for the back door if you choose to use it. All linens are provided as well as basic toiletries.
We are a family of 4 with dogs and live upstairs. We try our best to keep noise at a minimum and quiet hours upstairs from 10pm - 8am on weekends and 10pm - 7am on weekdays. We serve an in-room breakfast already in the room for you. We are available via phone or text for any questions you may have.

The neighborhood is quiet and, with our 1849 Antebellum brick home, we hear very little noise.
Parking will be on the road right in front of the house. You will use the lower front door as your private entrance and exit.
You will be a short two-block walk to our downtown shopping district and two of our local wineries as well as a whiskey shop and McCormicks on Main. You will be 1 mile from Historic Weston Orchard and Vineyard and 3 miles from Weston Red Barn Farm and The Farmers House. The trail into Weston State Park is 1 block away. Kansas City Airport is 13 miles away, only a 20-minute drive. To get into many of the attractions Kansas City has to offer, you will only be a 30-minute drive to most attractions.
If you have food allergies or need special food accommodations, please give us 3 days notice and we will do our best to accommodate those. We do not allow smoking on the property. Prior permission must be obtained for additional guests. Please read the house rules prior to booking.

We have loved the town of Weston for several years now & enjoy trying out different places to stay. This is definitely a new favorite! Check in was easy... location is great for walking around town... the room itself is very cute & cozy... and Jennifer goes above & beyond with the yummy breakfast burritos & cinnamon rolls! Great property at great location for Weston!

This stay was just right for my wife and I, and we will be bookmarking the property, for next trip to Weston. We especially loved the home-made cinnamon rolls and burritos.

Cute Little Cottage very near downtown

We enjoyed our stay here! Especially the ease of being able to walk downtown to all the shops and restaurants!! The room is cute, clean and comfy, and the homemade cinnamon rolls and breakfast burritos were delicious!!

Great place!

My husband and I really enjoyed Matt Manor. It’s such a cute BnB and a 5 min walk to downtown Weston. I highly recommend this place. It’s much easier to get into and cheaper than the typical BnB’s in Weston.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here and we love it! It’s so inviting, the hosts have truly thought of everything. There are local snacks, fresh breakfast, and coffee. It’s very clean while still feeling cozy. We can’t recommend it enough!

My husband and I just stayed there for a quick one night getaway for our 4th anniversary. The room was just as described and pictured and is super close to Main St in a nice, quiet neighborhood. So many amenities were already in the room and the and breakfast burritos , yummy cinnamon rolls, and Weston apple cider were welcoming touches! Highly recommend!rolls

Jennifer was amazing to work with. She was very kind and hospitable. The breakfast burritos and sweet bread were an incredible surprise. We also enjoyed the full pot of coffee option. Downtown is very close, and we had an amazing stay.

Quick overnight

We are both annoyed that we weren't charged for everything up front and ended up having the deposit taken out day of, but the property itself was nice. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Our stay was delightful. We were especially delighted with the comfy bed and the welcoming cinnamon rolls. The only improvements I might suggest would be a page of directions for how to operate the tv system, and some real half and half for morning coffee (or directions to the nearest grocery store).

Nice stay!

Place was conveniently located to downtown Weston. It was a nice but small studio. All of the reviews were pretty accurate regarding the dogs and noise from the owners upstairs. It did not disturb our sleep or our stay but you did know they were there. The cinnamon rolls and breakfast burritos were great but they did not provide the burritos for both mornings, which was a bummer. The note and information indicated we would have cider from a local provider but we did not. Certainly not a big deal. One thing I would like to tell ALL VRBO operators, please have plenty of bottled water available. For the price we paid for the rental it seems like the least you could do. All that being said, we would definitely stay again.
