The place had bed bugs I put them in a baggie and took them to the front desk. The guy was very rude and defensive but did end up giving me another room worst experience I did not sleep and the room was gross. I will never go back.

I would not recommend staying here. Photos misrepresent the disrepair of the room. Staff was very kind and did their best, but the beds were dirty, floors are damaged, bugs abound, holes in linens and curtains, and it all smells terrible.

The guy that worked overnight Sunday night at the front desk. He was there till Monday morning when I left. Was a huge help with me. He printed off multiple emails for me for receipts to turn into my company during my breakdown of my semi truck.

Ghetto area and crack head paradise i booked and didn't relize the area i thought it was a different area since it said speedway i though it was alot closer and when i got there i found out it was the hood area and trashy and had to ask for everything as well

⚠️ WARNING: BED BUGS! This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The place looked like it hadn’t been dusted or painted in over a decade — that alone didn’t bother me much. But when we checked in, I noticed another room being fumigated. I figured they were taking care of a problem. Turns out, the problem was in our room too — bed bugs. I went straight to the front desk to switch rooms, but they said they were fully booked and basically shrugged it off. My stay was supposed to be from October 10th–12th, but I left immediately and requested a refund through Expedia that same night (October 10th). Still no refund. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The room was completely unlivable, and the management couldn’t care less. Absolute nightmare.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The initial appearance was clean. The floors were in poor repair creating a trip hazard and preventing good cleaning. The grout was literally missing in the bathroom. If you just need a place to sleep for a night, it’s fine. But not comfortable for longer stays. The area seemed safe and clean. The shower was hot. The TV didn’t work.
