Welcome to our beautifully decorated 4-bedroom duplex! Just minutes from the historic 39th Street District, you'll be near a variety of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and large groups. Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in a vibrant neighborhood! This property is managed by Karat Vacation Rental Management

During your stay you'll have full access to the entire duplex and the amenities offered.


During your stay you'll have full access to this 4 bedroom side by side duplex and quick access to food and shops.
Each unit contains 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 full bathroom, living room, dining area, its own washer/dryer in the basement and private entry.
Unit 29 is one floor, unit 30 is 2 floors so will have a staircase.

Great for multiple families

This property was great for our group, which consisted of friends and family. The kitchens were well stocked and the houses were clean. The location was great, close to famous bbq and a short drive to attractions. We loved the backyard and will definately stay here again if we are in the area.

We stayed In this rental & the one next door on two consecutive Tuesdays to meet up with family. Both units we rented were very clean. The keyless entry gave us a little problem, but worked through it. Neighborhood was a little less desirable than I would have cared for, but overall a good stay.

Girls Weekend

This property worked great for our party of 11 Ladies. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Cute place and would stay again. It needs a good cleaning though. Thanks for the great weekend!
