"The hotel is superb. The concierge was wonderful and very helpful. He was charming and charasmatic. The young waitress from Zimbabwe was equally as lovely. Sadly the only person who let the team down was the rather rude senior barman (Asian man with his hair tied back). He was more concerned about keeping his unbuttoned jacket from getting dirty. His manners were certainly lacking in short rude and obnoxious. The surrounding area of the hotel was lovely, nice to walk around and do some sightseeing. "

"Room absolutely stunk. Wet carpet smell and blocked drains. Luckily we stayed for only one night. If we were staying for longer, we would have gone elsewhere. We woke up in the morning and left straight away because we couldn’t even sit in the room because of the smell. Have never experienced a smell like this. Have had to wash all luggage/bags because the stench is in them. It was vile. I have contacted the hotel saying they cannot charge people to stay in that room. Lift and hallways stunk of rubbish/bins. I put our rubbish in the bins in the carpark when we were leaving and bins were overflowing. First time reviewer here for any hotel as I am so disturbed from the smell! "

"Great location close to CBD. Room was bright & clean. Staff lovely. Only very minor complaint - not restocking tea/coffee/milk on 2nd day. "

"We have a Lovely stay in Novotel Brisbane. We had a confortable room With 2 Queen beds and Is great when the husband snore! We enjoyed the out side pool . We had a wonderful stay in Novotel .
