There is no AC anywhere in the hotel or any of the hotels we ate at locally and we forgot that ice is hard to come by in Europe. "I had a great time here! The staff are SO friendly here, it was wonderful. If you have mobility issues, I would not book here. The stairs are very narrow and the walk from the road to the property is a bit far, and to check out you need to go to the hotel across the street.
Huge shout out to the taxi driver, Joao,who was absolutely amazing!!! He was for friendly and made my day so much better by helping me go to the gondola and to the train station with a foot that is healing from a recent...

"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up!
