  • This newly remodeled home has been specifically made for you and your family to relax and enjoy your vacation. Relax on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful views of the red hills or the night stars of the night sky. If you are staying a night or a week or more, this is the place to be!

    Centrally located to many natural wonders such as Zions National Park Kaibab National Forest(Grand Canyon), The Wave, Zion National Park, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, Historic Arizona Strip. This new renovated home is ready for you and all your adventures!

    Located down a no through street, with no thru traffic and in a new very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

    Parking for 2 vehicles on driveway and parking for a UTV trailer on the side of home or for any other toys you have, you wont have a tight space to turn around in.

    This beautiful home has a front porch with chairs for you to enjoy the beautiful Kanab sunsets, fire pit with bench and a BBQ grill thats provided for your use.

    Three unique bedrooms with a king in the main room, queen bed in the second room and a twin over full bunk bed in the third room.

    A gorgeous kitchen is stocked with basic cooking and baking essentials for your use, it also has high speed fiber internet/wifi throughout the house that is provided for your internet needs.

This VRBO was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The home was spotless and I loved the decorations! The bed's were comfy, very nice kitchen. It was great to have a full washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this VRBO!My favorite thing was Peekaboo Slot Canyon. Zion was also great.

This was a great place to stay for a southern Utah, northern Arizona vacation. Excellent home for a family with children or one or two couples traveling together. Just bring food and yourself and everything else is furnished.

The greatest cottage in town

Our host was great. The house was absolutely amazing. We sat on the front porch swing watching the sunset in the evenings. It is close enough to town but far enough away to be quiet. We will definitely stay there again if we return to this area.

Awesome Home!

Perfect location in the small town of Kanab! There is so much to do and see within 90 minutes! The house was perfect for my family! The kiddos enjoyed playing basketball in front of the house, playing games and watching inside, and watching the horses out the front windows. Would love to stay there again!
