You order room service for things like free bathrobes or even food delivery through a provided QR code. The check-in process was terrible, mainly due to lack of communication. There are two twin buildings that are mixed hotel/residential usage, with several hotel desks in each building. You want to go to the Platinum Suites 2/The Face STYLE building (not The Face SUITES), and then look for the LUMA desk. This information should have been given to us before our arrival, but we finally told this after calling their number on Whatsapp after going back and forth between the buildings multiple times. The line at the desk was also quite long and slow.

チェックイン時に少し時間がかかりましたが、場所はKLCC駅から近くて、飲食店やスーパーも数か所あり、利便性が良く楽しい旅行が出来ました。 ホテル最上階（69F）からの景色は最高でした！ ホテルの部屋は、多少条件と違うところもありましたが、それなりに快適に過ごせ満足しました。

どこのサイトでも建物名とプールの写真で、目に付きますが雑居ビルの一部屋で、ホテルではありません。部屋は掃除がほぼされてなく、椅子、ソファは廃棄物置き場から持って来たのかと思うほど、汚れておりシミだらけでした。そのまま座る事が出来ないので、持っていたタオルを敷いて利用するしかありませんでした。 床の全体が髪の毛が多く落ており、ゴミと飲み物の乾いたベタつきで、持参したスリッパの裏は見れないほど直ぐに汚れてしました。 ベットは最悪で2ベット共に、私達の前に何組も使用したシーツ、枕カバー、毛布カバーをそのままクリーニングせずに再利用しているため、口紅、血痕、黄ばみが酷く利用できませんでした。 仕方なく、近くのモールで大きなバスタオルを人数分買って敷き、枕に私服を巻いて、毛布を掛けずに服を着込んで休みました。 色々なところに宿泊していますが最低でした。この様に、衛生的に最悪の宿泊施設を掲載するサイトにも問題があると思います。 Every website has a picture of the building name and the pool, but it's a room in a multi-tenant building, not a hotel.
