"Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben. Supeŕ! Der Staubsauger war leider völlig verstopft,( Wollmäuse) und die Matratzen waren zu weich. Sonst alles Tipp/Top!"

Auf mehrere schriftliche Nachrichten bekam ich keine Antwort. Auch mehrere Versuche, den/die Vermieter*in telefonisch zu erreichen, scheiterten. Letzendlich...

"Leider waren einige Sachen sehr schmutzig, der Wasserhahn ist so verkalkt, das Wasser fließt nicht richtig ab. Die Stühle waren sehr wackelig bei einem kam eine Tackernadel raus, wo man sich die Hose zwrissen hat. Wir hatten Kinder mit Verletzungsgefahr, es gab anscheinend mal einen Wasserschaden der noch nicht richtig behob ist. Beim Duschen halten due Fugen nicht dicht und ds Bad schwimmt. Die Klobürste fällt ab, sehr traurig dfür das Held. K"

Der Kontakt gestaltete sich schwierig und ausschließlich über online Nachrichten einen Telefonkontakt gibt es nicht, man musste mehrere Nachrichten schreiben um Details zur Übergabe zu bekommen. Keinerlei Reaktion auf dringliche Nachfragen.Beim Checkout wurden wir eine Stunde vor der angegebenen Uhrzeit unsanft und schroff vom Reinigungsdienst vor die Tür gesetzt. Für den Preis kann man deutlich besseren Service erwarten. Leider keine...

"Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "

"Ferienwohnung with view to the ocean. Modern and clean. It was unusual to have the reception not covered all day, but somehow okay. I personally would prefer to have staff on site 24/7. Not many options for restaurants bur supermarket is close to shop and cook your own meals. "

Great hotel in very good location

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own."
