"Very comfortable stay - villa has all that you need. Property manager Liz is an excellent communicator and responds quickly and Steve the local manager was super helpful. The villa is very close to lovely beaches and a walk to restaurants and shops. Definitely go to Zorbas the amazing bakery! We would definitely visit again. Having a car helped us to do more locally and Empire car hire were excellent."

"I put a 5 in location due to being exactely where it says it is, with that said it is not central but walking distance from Kapparis, which in my opinion has some of the best restaurants on the east coast anyway. There is a lamp on the outside connected to a motion sensor which is turning itself on all night. The pool was a bit dusty from the the air and rain and it was also low on water, these things were fixed 2 days after check in, we stayed a total of 6 days. We got new towels immidiately...

"Enjoyed a 5 week stay at this property. The biggest asset being the large sun terrace receiving the sun from sunrise to late afternoon. Another bonus of the property is the covered allocated parking.The galley style kitchen was ok for me, on my own, but a family I think would find it rather restrictive due to the limited space.On arrival the property was clean and tidy. "Very comfortable apartment for a family of four (2 + 2), with a very large bedroom. We found it very clean and well maintained. Very well organized with useful directions how to use almost everything in it. Directions to apartment were very accurate. Nice peaceful location. We enjoyed swimming at the Firemen Beach which is two minutes drive from apartment. Two minutes drive you can find Just Italian restaurant. Highly recommended! Amazing pasta and pizza. "My wife and I stayed at Demetris wonderful apartment for 28 days. Wonderful position just off the strip in Kapparis and near some beautiful little bays. Not overlooked and very quiet. My wife is disabled but apartment on first floor with a good sized lift and parking near by not a problem. Big question would we stay there again 100%. Thank you Demetris. "

"A lovely clean apartment a 5 min drive from a beautiful beaches and beach bar. This is a great base for exploring the island . We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and had everything we needed for our family holiday. The pool was clean and we had it to ourselves for most of the time. The host is lovely and gave us some recommendations for activities and dinner which didn’t disappoint. We loved our trip and hope to be back next summer. "

"Property a little tired needs a overhaul, the description said there is TV but sadly there isn't unless you provide your own fire stick, also the pool is in the front of the property on the main street with no privacy. The microwave, pool lights and several indoor/outdoor lights not working."

"This property should not be advertised for rent!! It has not been renovated and not cleaned for years… is in a terrible condition, certainly not how the pictures online presented the property and definitely the household does not comply with the health and safety regulations as it should. We are truly dissatisfied and irritated by the fact that we have to spend the night with four children, under these circumstances. Some of these include broken bay cot, filthy pool, the airconditions in the room were leaking with water and every morning we had to fill up the swimming pool with water as the level of the water was down.. never again in this disgusting place "

"As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants."
