「We booked via Expedia to stay for 3 nights in January 2022, however the property had been double booked and we were left stranded in the middle of nowhere, with two children, in the rain and with darkness falling. Not good at all. Seriously displeased. How the double-booking happened, I do not know. I had all supporting confirmation paperwork printed out and by email.
