Beautiful hotel with great breakfast and many amenities! It was a residential building with an inner courtyard which has been covered. Some original elements were preserved. Very good service and friendly staff. Well kept property. On a very high end shopping street and very close to many sites. Their Lebanese restaurant was excellent. I would stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful - any issues we raised were dealt with quickly. However, for the cost and the standard of hotel, some areas were lacking; the food selection in the executive lounge was not worth the extra cost, and the quality of the housekeeping service was inconsistent. The spa was good, but let down slightly by the poor quality gym, which is small and under-equipped. The location of the hotel was convenient for tourist attractions and had plenty of good options for food nearby.
