Kairakau Beach, fifty minutes from Hastings, thirty-five minutes to local shops and twenty minutes to the country pub. This is the ultimate getaway. Small sandy beach, suited to families, with a stunning backdrop of rocky hills. The community tennis court, estuary, and safe streets make it perfect for kids to do their own thing. Bring the boat and fishing rods. Plenty of native bush to encourage bird song and a sense of getting away from it all.

Quiet location close to town
We really enjoyed staying here. The house was warm thanks to the fire and wood provided. A short walk to the beach where we enjoyed playing in the sand and waves. Thank you for sharing your bach with us.

Weekend away
We had a great stay, the kids and myself enjoyed the short walk to the beach, aswell as the tennis court. Lorraine was lovely to deal with, the home itself was clean and modern yet still had a quirky batch feeling to it . Everything needed was there to use at our convince. The property is perfect for everyone! It has everything you need, lots of space for kids to play and adults to relax. Only a very short walk to the beach. It was very clean when we entered, host was very easy to communicate with and always replied quickly. Definitely recommend!

The property was absolutely stunning. My partner and children had an amazing weekend. Just a short walk to the beach. The beds were so comfy it felt like we were sleeping on the clouds. Plenty of space for the kids to run around and they loved the puzzles and board games. Overall amazing stay. I would happily book this bach time and time again. It was amazing.
