Worst experience ever. Traveled with 2 kids and 2 elderly people, after checking in found that the property was never cleaned after previous guests left. I wouldn't live in these conditions even if you pay me. But it was 9pm and owner offered a refund for that night and also offered to clean that unit next day or move to another one next to it. We told him we want to move another unit next day. When we came back around 9pm next day and contacted owner for the lock code, he didn't respond. So we had to stay in the same dirty unit for another night. The owner apologized next day and told that he is on different time zone. But only refunded first night's base cost. This is as bad it gets. Also, the second day a housekeeper came and apologized but told us that she was never notified that she needs to clean this unit the previous day, so it seems it is clearly the owner's fault. We submitted complaint to Vrbo after 2nd night's incident and they offered us full refund but eventually refunded only fees and notified that the rest needs to come from the owner which I haven’t received after 2 weeks.
