"Our preferred Marriott Bonvoy status with early checkin turned out to be a nightmare. Tired and hungry from travel all we wanted was to check in and they were behind by hours. We were not able to check in until 4:30. Not very happy to start our trip."

The rest of the facilities were 4 stars. The en Good tire staff were 4 stars as well. I will say that the hall carpeting on the guest floors needs updating. It was clean but it had a aged smell to it. "

The refund was never processed and the hotel has not responded to several inquiries. I also had a small (but annoying) charge show up a week after our stay, with no explanation and no response from the hotel. "
