Gemakkelijk gevonden, zeer goede en rustige ligging. Ruime kamer, goed sanitair en goed bed. Jammer dat er geen, koffie/thee op de kamer is. Zeker omdat er geen thee beschikbaar was in het restaurant. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen, juiste afrekening.

Fint beläget hotell. Kunde vara bra om städning och underhåll var bättre skött. Toaletten på rummet hade inte städats, gammalt smuts kvar efter tidigare gäster. Unken lukt pga dålig städning. Synd eftersom det hela skulle kunna vara ett trevligt ställe att semestra på. Maten okej men eftersom städningen inte verkar fingera känns det inte fräscht.

2 nuits a l’hôtel Utopia. Lors de l’arrivée nous avons bien été accueillis. Arrivée dans la chambre, pas de savon au lavabo, pas de plateau d’accueil (cafetière/bouilloire) et il faisait froid. La literie n’est pas haute gamme, matelas mou. La douche et les toilettes était propre mais sur la moquette il restait des bourrons de cheveux.

Het was onze tweede keer. De eerste keer zeer goed bevallen. Deze keer viel het heel zwaar tegen. De kamer was vies en erg onverzorgd.

De kamer was netjes, maar ...lamp hing los vd muur, de plinten stonden los en waren beschadigd en er was een lek net boven de toilet. Er waren slechts enkel franse zenders op tv Ik heb wel onmiddellijk een andere kamer gekregen, die echter heel koud was, maar verder niets op aan te merken. Het avondeten was helaas niet lekker. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk en als je van katten houdt is het zeker een pluspunt!

No wi fi in our room. No extra blankets. Soap dispensers without bar soap. Shower without curtain to keep floor dry (plexiglass panel does not nearly keep floor dry). No safety rails, and these issues are dangerous to anyone, especially the elderly.

The Utopia hotel is a wonderful gem in the forest near Mons. The front staff is absolutely amazing, courteous, and attentive. The breakfast is €12, and I think it is good value for what you get. The rooms a little bit on the small side, but very clean. I think I gave the four stars, instead of five, because I came back from visiting a friend last night, and the parking lot is very dark. It was raining a lot, and that made it almost spooky to run from my car to the entrance. I wish they would install more lights. Also, be careful, the shower is very, very slippery. Also, I noticed there are no Kleenex, no in room, coffee maker, and no telephone, in case you absolutely have to call the front staff. But I would stay here again, it is comfortable and you have everything you need. Again, the prime staff was exceptional. Thank you so much for all your help. 😀

Sejour calme et agreable
Tres bon rapport qualité prix, bon service pour cet hotel original et au calme. Le restaurant est tout á fait honorable. Very good value for money, good service for this original and quiet hotel. The restaurant is pretty good as well.

une honte! nous avons réservé une chambre pour 1 nuit. A notre arrivée l'accueil fut très sympathique et l'entrée dans le batiment très jolie. MAIS une fois à notre étage... une honte la moquette du couloir sale, une fois entrée dans notre chambre... la moquette avec des grosses taches, l'aspirateur n'a pas du être passé depuis très longtemps vu les moutons de poussière... La bouilloire avait encore de l'eau à l'intérieur, et après une nuit avec un pas confortable et qui grince nous nous sommes aperçu que le sommier du lit était cassé en 2!!!!

Agréable et calme
Le sejour avait mal commencé lorsque nous avons récupéré une chambre vétuste au 2em etage. Ceci s est vite amélioré grace a la reactivite du personnel de l hôtel... Nous avons passé un agreable sejour dans un lieu calme et situé limite en foret. Le personnel y est serviable et le petit déjeuner bon. Nous n avons pas essayé le restaurant de l hotel par contre la piscine y est agreable. En conclusion, un sejour qui est devenu excellent et sans contrariete grace a la reactivite du personnel. NB: ce serait bien de ne pas "delaisser" les chambres du 2em etage et de donner autant d importance à l accueil des clients et ceci peu importante le prix de la chambre.

Stayed here in a triple room. 2 adults, 1 child. Room was generally on the small side. Bathroom had no shower curtain/screen so the whole bathroom got wet every time someone showered. Small indoor pool, not very deep but my daughter enjoyed. Staff were friendly. Cute cats around the property. Bar and restaurant looked nice though we didn't eat there.

Nous avions réservé une table au restaurant pour le lendemain 20h, notre réservation n’a pas été prise en compte, de ce fait, pas de chaise bébé disponible, nous avons attendu 1h45 pour être servis (avec un bébé de 20 mois ça fait très très long …). On nous vend une piscine intérieure chauffée, alors qu’elle ne l’est pas, toujours avec un bébé de 20 mois ce n’est juste pas possible …. Après la première nuit la salle de bain n’a pas été nettoyé du séjour, et poubelle non vidée je trouve ça un peu limite, sans compter que nous n’avons pas eu de nouvelles serviettes sèches du séjour …
