**Known Issue Left Unresolved - No Hot Water for Wedding Party**We rented this property for our son's wedding weekend with extended family including grandparents and infants. Unfortunately, we had no hot water for our entire stay due to a water heater breaker that continually tripped.This was particularly problematic as we had 7 adults (3 women, 4 men) trying to prepare for the rehearsal dinner and wedding day with only cold showers. With elderly guests and young children in our party, this created significant hardship during what should have been a special family occasion.**Most concerning:** After our stay, I read a review from March 2025 describing the exact same water heater breaker issue. This means the host was aware of this problem for months and chose not to fix it before our booking.When we contacted the host during our stay, they did nothing to resolve the issue. They subsequently refused any refund and stopped responding to our messages. VRBO only reached out to the host on our behalf but provided no actual resolution or assistance.**Positive:** The location was excellent and convenient to our wedding venue.**Bottom line:** Until this water heater issue is permanently fixed, I cannot recommend this property, especially for groups with special needs or important events. Future guests should specifically ask the host if this has been resolved before booking.
