「We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the green room. It was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Sasha was an excellent host and very helpful and communicative. The room overlooks the pool and the building is very historic and cool. We look forward to renting again! Highly recommend!」

「I took pictures when we got there and things were not what the pictures on site said to be . The TV is not secure to the wall and the legs under the bed was not screwed into the bed right and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling .the doors to patio were not closed correctly but we fixed those so it would be safe . 」

「The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things...

「In all my years of renting properties for work, I was blown away by the communication and thoughtfulness at this property. Clean room and towels, refrigerator and TV, a desk, all kinds of accessories for recreation at the beach or otherwise. I plan on staying here again!」

「The unit was quaint and quiet. Walking distance from restaurants and a few shops. Also the beach is walkable too mango tree on site was a pleasant surprise.」

「We had a great stay here in Palm Beach. It was great to be walking distance to a bunch of coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach. We loved having Publix right across the street. Worth Avenue and West Palm Beach were very short Uber rides away which was also convenient. Greg was very prompt to respond to any of our messages and was very helpful! The bed was also super comfortable. Would recommend!」

「Terrible- first time ever posting a review, but I feel like it needs to be said. NOT as advertised. Showed up and the place was dark and no where to park, did not feel safe. Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. 」
