"Convenient and clean, this was a fine stay, and it would probably be great in winter. For a summer stay, If you will be out all day and just sleep here, it will be fine, but if you plan to relax and enjoy your rental, note that this location lacks outdoor space and has no mountain view. The balcony is tiny and the outdoor areas are not landscaped. The barbecue is by the tiny pool and there is no table near the barbecue … don’t plan to eat outdoors."

Limelight Mammoth

10/10 Excellent

"I loved the spaciousness of the lobby and sitting areas. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Always love breakfast being included. Location is great. Across the street from the village. Would have liked coffee available earlier in the morning. Valet parking which is the only option can be a pain. Overall we were happy with our stay. Very comfortable, clean, friendly staff, great location!"

"Loved the spacious room and the beautiful view of the lift. Not all of the rooms are the same in terms of being updated. The property was clean and the staff was overall helpful. The heated pool and the three jacuzzi’s were awesome. Plus they had barbecues which made cook outside a pleasant. The ice machines were not working in the building."

"The ambiance was what stood out the most. The lounge with the gas fire in the center was welcome for heat first thing in the morning (July). I wake up earliest in my family and my ritual was to get a cup of coffee and sit by the fire and catch up on email,news, etc. Super nice. The hot tub was hot and pool quite chilly. The restaurant/bar had excellent food and service and large selection of local beer. My complaint is with maintenance. Fridge wouldn't stay shut without a chair holding door closed. Damage in ceiling had been repaired with white paint instead of a matching off white and ceiling was not retextured. The base of the old smoke alarm had been left empty. The toilet would rock on its mounting a small amount. The kitchen faucet was not attached to the countertop. Overall, I really enjoyed it. I truly felt like I was on vacation. It didn't impact my experience much, but the maintenance needs to be stepped up."

"We booked the deluxe room and it was PERFECT! Very roomy, clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are so clean and relaxing to sleep in. We were arriving a little early and the staff had our room ready to go. The hotel provides an ice maker, vending machine, and laundry machines if needed. The hotel is in a very good location, central to all. Parking is sufficient. I forgot my fan (white noise for sleep) and the staff graciously brought me one. They were very sweet and helpful. The kitchen provides everything needed to make meals and clean up. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you June Lake Villager for a memorable first visit!"

"This is our first stay in June Lake and we loved staying here. This sweet little a frame was perfect for our family of three plus our dog. The scenery around us was absolutely stunning. The large windows let you really take in the Mountain View’s that are literally right behind you. Communication was great and appreciated. We received emails here and there from June Lake Accommodations which was nice. One checking on us to make sure we’d checked in ok and then an additional email/phone call to let us know there would be an unscheduled interruption in electricity. The location was also great. There is hiking close by and only a couple miles out of town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to our next trip to June Lake."
