Heavy unsheltered population area. Close to pike place market - 15 minute walk. Parking was too expensive at off site lot. Hard to sign up for hourly. No food or bar options in hotel.

This is a very basic hotel. At best 3 1/2 stars I trusted the reviews that were all stellar, but this is not a stellar hotel. It’s an old building that was obviously refurbished and they tried to dress it up like a high-end boutique. This is a mid hotel.
