"From the time we arrived the staff were warm and welcoming, several made a point of introducing themselves. Breakfast until 10 am was included in the room. There was a great ocean view from the restaurant, where it was possible to eat inside or outside. The infinity pool was in front of the restaurant. Valet parking was included in the room cost and was a requirement. They were always very fast in bringing the car around. Our major downside was when our camera was left in the restaurant...

"Excelente las instalaciones el entorno con las piscinas inigualable. Teníamos piscina pequeña para cada habitación. Los niños disfrutaron al máximo. Camas muy cómodas y amplia la habitación. El desayuno súper bueno varios menús y el personal muy amable y siempre atentos. Atención personalizada. Lo repetiría otra vez. Gracias "

"Yo fui cliente regular de Hesperia Playa el Agua y Hesperia Margarita en Playa Manzanillo en los 90 e inicios de 2000 a 2005. Lastimosamente desde las habitaciones hasta las piscinas las comidas y la ambientacion en general estaban en el nivel de un hotel dos estrellas con tres comidas. Me siento estafada la verdad. Al menos deberian ser honestos y no cobrar mas de 50 dolares por habitacion dos personas con todo incluido."
