The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.

If you're looking for just a nice relaxing stay by the beach great place. The reception was warm and inviting very helpful wonderful pool area food was great. The inside of the hotel is very modern and upscale compared to how things look all around - it was beyond what i had expected. The staff was friendly and did their best to let me check in early; meanwhile the check out process was very fast and hassle free - no surprise charges or anything like that.

Location is great, comfy bed, nice staff, breakfast was good, prompt shuttle service. I’m glad that I made the right choice. We’ll definitely stay there again.
Only comment is, I have to wait for 20 minutes when checking out because they have to check all the towels in the room which is no big deal.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The location is perfect for viewing the mayon volcano. The roof top was perfect if you want to relax at night to view the mayon. They have a hammock. For the price, it's a good place to relax after exploring nearby pattractions. Walking distance to Cagsawa ruins. The only discomfort is, it's not sound proof and since along the national highway, you'll hear the loud noise of cars passing by. But will come back again , given the chance.
