The Space:
Avira blends clean architectural lines with a distinctly expressive, design-driven aesthetic. The interiors feel both elevated and inviting, where modern desert style meets handcrafted artistry. Faux stone textures in the kitchen and hearth add warmth and depth. Sculptural, branch-like shelving creates a striking focal point with an organic, gallery-like feel. Natural light fills the home, highlighting rich wood ceilings, layered textiles and playful wallpaper that give the home its personality. Every detail feels intentional yet effortless, creating an atmosphere that is vibrant, comfortable and inviting. This is a space designed for connection, whether you're cooking together, lounging after a day outdoors or simply enjoying the quiet rhythm of the desert.
- Outdoor Amenities -
The outdoor experience at Avira unfolds across 5 private acres, offering a rare blend of openness and seclusion. The fully fenced backyard creates a sense of privacy while still embracing the surrounding desert landscape. An in-ground pool and spa sit at the center, complete with built-in barstools, ideal for warm afternoons or evenings under the stars. Nearby, a stargazing net offers a one-of-a-kind place to stretch out and take in the night sky, while the outdoor projector brings a cinematic feel to evenings outside. A propane fire pit anchors the space at sunset, naturally drawing people together, while the dome adds a distinctive and memorable element to the property.
For a more active pace, the private pickleball court offers an easy way to spend time outdoors. At the front of the home, patio chairs provide a quiet setting for morning coffee or journaling, with uninterrupted views of the desert. As the light shifts throughout the day, the landscape transforms, giving way to vibrant sunsets and clear, star-filled skies.
- Living Room -
The living area feels grounded and inviting, with a layout that encourages both gathering and relaxation. A plush sofa centers the room, creating a comfortable place to settle in after a day out or enjoy a movie on the smart TV. A vintage-style stove rests on the textured stone hearth as a decorative focal point, adding depth and character to the space. Surrounding details, from curated artwork to natural materials, give the room a layered and collected feel. A record player adds an easygoing element to the space, setting the tone for relaxed evenings or casual time spent indoors. The custom branch-like shelving installation stands out as a sculptural feature, blending form and function while reinforcing the home’s organic design language.
- Kitchen & Dining -
The kitchen is designed to bring people together, anchored by a large island with bar seating that naturally becomes a central gathering point. Its rustic yet modern finishes, open shelving and warm wood tones create a space that feels both refined and approachable. Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware and a coffee station, it supports everything from simple breakfasts to shared dinners. The layout flows directly into the dining area, where a spacious table and statement lighting create an inviting setting for meals and conversation.
- Bedrooms & Bathrooms -
Each bedroom offers a sense of ease and comfort, shaped by soft tones, natural materials, and gentle desert light. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an open layout, creating a restful and spacious retreat. Large windows bring in consistent natural light, while a chaise lounge provides a comfortable place to read, rest or start the day at your own pace. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and a dedicated desk area, making it a practical option for groups or anyone needing a workspace during their stay.
