「Very clean quiet hotel in downtown Kitchener. Friendly staff and delicious dinner at the restaurant (I had pasta and oysters). Breakfast included -I had eggs Benedict. The only thing is parking at the park are behind the hotel need to walk a minute to hotel front. A bit quiet evening when I checked in solo. Other than that, good comfy bed and clean sheets with great service. Walk to many restaurants within 5mins. 」
「The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Front desk service is worse than what can be imagined. Sometimes ask for the same thing 3 times regardless by phone or face to face and still being ignored after told they would do it soon, e.g.lack of body wash, no bath mat, etc.」
「This property is situated in a wonky manner in relationship to the access road, requiring some odd weaving around another building. After a brief conversation in the car with my husband about the odd signage directing us to the lobby, I let him be right, which was wrong, and resulted in a 5 minute walk hauling our luggage to get to the lobby. Maybe the signage could be a bit better?」
「So close to St Jacobs market and dining options. Only 10min to university of Waterloo. Great space and amenities. Breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. Highly recommend. Will stay there again great price. 」
「Kimmie is the owner. She has worked hard to maintain the B and B keeping the place neat and comfortable the rooms clean the setting pleasant. As mentioned by the other reviewers the breakfast is awesome. This is almost a 200-year-old house predating the country of Canada. We came to enjoy the venue and we're not surprised. Give me is working to improve the house and my suspicion is over time it'll be even more impressive」
「As we walked in the Staybridge Hitel we were met by a young man with a welcoming smile, he was professional and courteous, which for us is the beginning of a great stay!
The breakfast buffet had lots to choose from, the scrambled eggs were fluffy and delicious, the bacon and the breakfast sausages was cooked to perfection.
We will definitely return to this Staybridge for all our future annual visits to Waterloo!」
