Staff was nice and friendly. Room is clean and quiet. Hotel is well located and within walking distance to City Square and many eatery spots. Easy to take a grab to other parts to!

Everything was good . Shopping malls are nearby . Customer service are friendly. We supposed to check in at 3 and we came at 2.15 and we need to pay $10 RM (no receipt)for early check in. Plus deposit of $100RM(given receipt ). $100RM will be returned upon check out.

This property is a value accommodation. It has 24 front desk. Room was neat and tidy. This property has a water cooler which is quite good. Remember that you get what you paid for, and this is value for money. Feels like a safe place to rest at night.

this was a bad experience for us. Towels were stained, hallways were noisy and air conditioning was cranky and loud. When requesting for additional blankets (which costs extra) they didn’t even have any. I wouldn’t return to this hotel. And for the price being charged, it’s a bad deal. I would pay the extra bit more to stay in a place with less disturbances, inconveniences and is cleaner.

Room cleanliness is below standard

Cleanliness and smell of the room are the main issue of this hotel. There are smoke smell in the room. There are lots of stains on the wall. Bedsheet has yellow stain and so I slept on top of mattress. Early check in at 1 pm requires customer to per 10 dollars per hours . In other hotel, they allow checking in after 1 pm without any cost . Adding all these up, I prefer the I use that additional money spent to book a better hotel ! My first and will be my last time here .

Very noisy - all rooms open to atrium which is like a concrete well from lobby to top floor. All noises from any level of the hotel carry to every floor. Noisy both morning and night. There also seems to be a disco next door. Booming bass rhythm continues to 3 am on both Friday and Saturday nights. Windowless room was very small, very basic, somewhat damp and musty. They tried to put me in a windowless room in the basement of the hotel, but quickly agreed to move me to the 2nd floor when I protested

Passing through Johor

The hotel is ok for a short stay. We had a windowless basement room that I found claustrophobic. Few hotel services, no breakfast on premises but the nearby shopping mall has several restaurants and a food court.

Was being awake the whole night by the loud blasting music till 6am in the morning. Not sure does it happen bcos of the poor structure that the walls are too thin or the music were too loud. Literally my partner and i had a very sleepless night.

Thumbs up!

Stayed for one night with 3 children but its very memorable one. Rooms were very clean, although small but very spacious with simple and modern furniture arrangment, no clutters. Thumbs up!!
