The property was requested pay bigger deposit without any info before booking. I already paid the Rooms for two nights. I deal with them many times to see Room first and will directly pay the deposit. They not agree. I can't pay extra money after pay the Rooms for two nights. Customer Service call the Manager property also not answer.

Disappointing Stay:Lift Issues & Lack of Amenities
My recent stay at ARC Austin Hills was unfortunately marred by numerous disappointments, particularly concerning the accommodation's amenities.
Despite indicating that our reservation was for 5 guests, upon arrival, we found that only 4 towels and blankets were provided in the room.
To compound matters, while there was a box containing additional blankets and towels, we were shocked to discover that accessing these items incurred an additional charge. This hidden fee for basic amenities such as extra bedding and towels is both unreasonable and exploitative, especially considering that it was not clearly communicated prior to booking or upon check-in. Such practices not only reflect poorly on the hotel's commitment to guest comfort but also demonstrate a lack of transparency and integrity. Guests should not be expected to pay fees for essential items that should be readily available in any reputable accommodation.
Furthermore, the amenities provided were far below expectations. In addition to these issues, the persistent elevator problems and absence of basic amenities like shampoo (shampoo provided was in resemblance hand wash), shower gel, and coffee further contributed to the overall disappointment of our stay.
This place is acceptable if you only want a place to stay overnight and not to spend time in the property.
