"Communication with the owner/manager was on point every step of the way. House was as described. Electricity was out when we got there, however Amber called us an hour before we arrived to let us know, offered us two different rentals in case it didn't come back on. However wasn't needed as the power came on about 20 minutes after arrival. Beautiful neighborhood, our dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Was there for a wedding so wasn't really at the house much, but was perfect for what and where we needed. Thank you Sam and Amber. "

"The place was was completely updated and very clean. It was only minutes from the highway exit. The rooms were spacious especially the bedrooms. The backyard was fenced in with a large covered patio and new furniture, it was a great space for our 2 yr old grandson to play. The ony drawback was the duplex was on a older street with multipal rental units and some of them were not well maintained. The property had lots of outdoor lighting to see when we returned after dark. I would definitely stay here again."
